Snakes in the wild.

I don't like snakes but they let me take their picture.

I can't imagine anyone having a snake for a pet. I like the huffing and puffing steam engines.

I've always been a snake person. I love it when I see one in the wild and I like photographing them but I always keep my distance.

Nice shots Bill. I hope the rattler will be okay. I like them well enough in the wild and think they are very photogenic but I prefer fluffy/furry things if I'm gonna pet something. ;) They have a purpose on this earth.

Thanks for sharing these. Not as many shots of herps in this forum as many people are afraid of them. I enjoy capturing shots of them when the opportunity arises.

I knew a person that had a large gray Iguana. He said to not let it bite me. I would not go in the house unless it was in the cage. Many reptiles carry salmonella.
