Ahhhhhh!
You have improved yet again....
I would say back off the eye's just a tad. And maybe pull back on some of the few bright spots in the hair.(lower camera left..)
Superb subject and expression.
It's a winner.

Thank you Russ ... He took so much pride in his hair ... Kept on touching it... I think that's why I highlighted it as that what I remember of him ...
I thought about how much to highlight his hair a fair bit...

Russ (aka Pale Pictures) sells a really awesome bunch of tutorials on how to achieve this look. I don't know of anyone else, anywhere that has put as much work into detailed PP explanations of the style.

He's been great about helping those people here who want to learn. I suggest you visit his site. (not at my main computer, so I can't tell you what it is right now, but I'm sure someone can) Well worth the cost of entry.
