I have an Excellent ++ Sigma 8mm F4 in Canon AF mount. Included are the lens hood, front and rear caps and a fitted carry case. There are no marks on the front or rear element, and a few small marks on the body of the lens, that does not affect performance. This version of the lens sold for $499. I am asking $340 shipping included in the US.
The advantage to Canon user of this lens over the less expensive Korean made optics is that this lens will communicate with your camera fully. Are you going to post some pictures of the lens? When I sell a lens or body on ebay I use all 12 allowed photographs and my results are great.

yes this is an EF mount lens will give a circular image on film and full frame digital cameras. its coverage is 180 degrees, and it be like a 12 mm on cropped senosr cameras.

front element has no marks at all what you see is reflections in the glass
