I can't ell if it is slowly vacating its lair, or slowly backing into it...but it is, most certainly, a "beast in the wall"!

Saturated colors in the "outside", but a cryptic, cave-like chroma to the creature itself. I can almost make out catchlights in its dark eyes...maybe not...

A truly malevolent presence!

Thank you kind sir. Love your use of the word "chroma". I think you probably see what conversion to b/w would do to the image.

Failed all the ink blot tests. Probably why I am able to fool lie detector tests. But that another story.

Stronger than a lot of chunks of rock shots and nice colors. My old eyes and lack of imagination do not see monsters or sea creatures or whatever with eyes.
What I do see is a great texture that would be superb with a face coming through it and maybe a few bird circling around.Probably duplicated and flipped vertically so the bright color forms a natural frame.
Is the ink spot thing where one is supposed to see things in ink splatters cos I scored zero in that?

Reminds me of the beast in Ghost Busters. Or a pit bull. You are right, it would get lost with out the color of the cave's exterior wall. I always enjoy seeing objects/creatures in rust/ rock texture/ wood grain/ clouds

I too look for all kinds of stuff in places others wouldn't ever look at for photographs. I especially like the images I have found in weathered plywood. Also dumpsters.
