Love it! What's not to love .. faded fringed jeans .. diry worn hiking boots and a gritty walking surface .. and then the cute fuzzy little yellow guy. I just love the feel of this shot.

the composition is spot on. And you couldn't have chosen better colors (blue) to complement his yellow. Fortuitous!

Wonderful shot. As others have stated, the gritty textures of the dirty, worn shoes and the walking surface are a perfect foundation for the soft little caterpillar. It's a very fun shot.

Personally, I would have cropped some of the top since we know what type of shoe is depicted. By cropping to just above the first eyelet, the photo would, I believe, better emphasize the caterpillar and the grittiness below the sneaker.

Thank you Edie. I think if I took some off the top I would have to take some off the left side to balance it out. I wouldn't want to take so much off though and lose the jeans.
