My software-of-choice, for (limited) raw-processing, editing photos and scrapbooking, is Photoshop Elements.
Yesterday the new version was released: Version 14.
One of the new features I think I'll like, is Haze removal.
Another one is called Shake Reduction - the change is very subtle, going by the sample I've seen, but I like it.
Here are a few more tidbits about PSE 14:
http://www.digitalscrapper.com/blog/photoshop-elements-14-review-and-new-features/I have promised myself this new version (I skipped 13), but will be waiting till it goes on sale - "traditionally" it does, for about $50, between Black Friday and Christmas.
Yes the dehaze looks good and I will be trying it in a couple of days... Downloaded it last night and it is installed and ready to play... Have a few things to do today and then time to play
I have both Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, but am doing so little video recording now, that I have no intention of upgrading Premiere Elements for a few years yet (have version 12 of both now).
I'm not running out to the internet or the stores either, to purchase Photoshop Elements 14 - just waiting to see if the price will go down again between Black Friday and Christmas.
Dang!! PSE 13 came out the week after I bought 12---which I couldn't load into my laptop because of computer problems. I have never opened the #12 package yet.
