The London Underground map that has been used by millions of people for 80 years is a classic, but there is another map that is now available to all. I always found the classic map very easy to use, but I can see the advantage of having roads shown, too.

Henry Becks style of maps has been adopted by many Metro Train operators all over the world and is very easy to follow.
The in car maps are also ideal if you are using a metro for the first time so you can work out where you are.
The new TFL map is very messy and cannot be used for the in car maps which are placed above the windows and are a long oblong shape.
