Excellent! Hard to pick, but I think I like #3 best.
We just saw the first Elk in this area week before last on a neighbor's place. Never caught them on my property, around here they seem to prefer cultivated areas.

The best Elk shots I've seen in a long time Steve. I think it's the way you've distinguished them from the background, all of which are gorgeous to begin with. Good on ya Mate!

Thanks so much for the kind words. The first and third were the same day (same bull too), and the middle was the very next day. Nothin' like a sticky wet snowfall to add a little extra to the pics :)

Wow, those are excellent. Can't decide if I like 1 or 2 better, I like them all. I see elk almost everyday, but have never gotten anything that good!
