My name is Willow and I was only recently adopted after being bailed out of a dog pound where I had been sentenced to die. This was my first day with my new mom and dad.
Going to my new home.
Learning new things.
My new treat - ICE CREAM
Oh how precious!!! You saved a life and gained a lifelong pal.
I hope you have many, many happy days together!!
Thank you, Dragonswing. I can not conceive of anyone taking such a young and innocent life. Willow is a sweetie. She has lived with us now for one month and is beginning to have us reasonably well trained to comply with her wishes. She is my favorite model. I have dozens of pix of her. Now she is demanding more toys and more treats. Oh, how soon they forget.
Really cute, thanks for saving her Big Dummy.

How lovely, for all of you. I'm a strong proponent of adoption, canine, feline and human, and please share more of your wonderful photos.
Thank you Gram. You may soon be tired of both Willow and me. The pet rescue groups in this country do marvelous work.

Never, sir -- dogs and kids are my heart. My grands are all too far away so the day I retire, I'm moving with my four-footed entourage (sp?) as close to them as I can get.
BTW Gram, I am a newbie so I have much to learn. I do love our four footed friends so you can fire off pix of your canines to me any time you wish. I am an OLD dog, but still trying to learn new tricks.
Thank you so much for rescueing!!! All 3 of my pets are throw aways that no one wanted and they light up my life every day.
Are Jeanbugs indigenous to Arkansas? We have Junebugs here in Ohio. Thank you for the kind words in re: pet rescue. BTW, nice ride! And a pleasing color. Reminds me of money.

Well done big D...willow looks a beaut.
Thank you, Doddy. Our Willow is indeed a beaut. Various people have referred to her as cute, pretty, and even beautiful. She is also intelligent, loving, and a wonderful little watchdog. She lets us know well in advance if anyone comes near "HER HOME."
Think I am probably the only Jeanbug around. A nickname from my childhood days that still sticks around today.

I like your nickname Jeanbug. My favorite aunt on my mom's side was called Jean all her life. Her true given name was Geneva, but she became simply Jean.
