Hand Held Red Tail BIF 150-600

Was on my way to shoot Kildeers at local golf course when I spied this one hunting at the North Western part of his range. This is with my new Sigma 150-600 Sport. I am looking forward to shooting a little closer but I am satisfied that I can at least manage this beast for BIF. Oh and I did not use any artificial lures or calls on this shot, so I guess I am a purist on this one!

I think you were correct the first time. Dark leading edge on the wing. I don't the the Broad Wing has this trait. Also, looks like the broad wing range is east coast down thru eastern portions of S. America during the winter. I don't think they visit Concord. Just my guess. Nice shot by the way.
