Herps are warming up

There was ice on the windshield this morning, but shortly after the sun came up, the herps were trying their best to warm to the upcoming Spring season.
The local ponds are being overrun by the turtles from pet shops that people have released. For every native turtle, there are probably 20 non-natives. Anyway, hope you enjoy the shots.

First time I've seen a turtle parade. Nice photos, love the big ole croaker.

I don't usually get decent turtle pics until the summer... but have yet to capture a great shot of a bullfrog such as the one shared here :thumbup:
