Newbie Seeking Advice

Hi everyone,
I am an avid fly fisherman and also take a lot of fly fishing photos. I am interested in taking some underwater shots of fish and am wondering what might be a good way to go in the way of equipment that is not too expensive. I won't be diving or anything and the camera will probably never be more than a foot underwater. I have used my Gopro hero3+, but the angle of view is very wide so the fish has to be quite close to fill the frame.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is what my wife keeps telling me I do which is, shooting my mouth off before I look around. I now see you have done just what I advised. My advise is usually a little better most times then this. Sorry

Sorry about that. I actually was in the Underwater Photography Forum when I posted the topic, so I don't know why it didn't end up there. I'll try again and see if I have better luck.
