Hope you all have been watching the clouds the last few days!
When I chose this topic I thought I'd get the names of specific formations, but the weather did not assist me to that idea, so we will just enjoy the formations that everyone submits! No identification necessary!
These clouds appeared rapidly and dumped 2" of rain in certain areas but not where I live!

I've looked at clouds many ways now...
Photophile's comment reminded me of the song "Clouds".
I think Kass Elliott sang the original. (Now THAT dates me!!!)
......so many things I would have done
but Clouds got in the way.
I've looked at clouds from both sides now
of up and down and still somehow
its clouds illusion that I recall.
We really don't know clouds at all.
2nd verse substitutes "Love" for "Clouds"

Lavonne, thank you for this challenge. It really helps and is fun to learn from the different UHHers. Some of those clouds of yours look a little scary!.

You read my mind. I loved the Mamas and the Papas. I was humming it and then saw your post! AHA great minds we are - old too Ha Ha
Most of my clouds are kind of blah or on another drive. These are recent variations from one shoot. I'll be away most of tomorrow and not sure when I will get to post again.

Great collection, Lavonne! Spent the day at NY Botanical Gardens...It was a California sky! Have to check and see what I've got for Clouds...Later-getting late and I'm pooped! :roll:

That second and third photos are amazing.
We have been getting some beautiful sunrises lately so will see what I can capture.
