Use of textures in a what strats out as a photo seems to divide an audience. I love em but others thoughts or examples would be welcomed.
This is a mix of 3 textures a gradient and a splash or two of paint.
Bit dramatic? well yea bit so is the beast of a car.

Starts with a great perspective on the car and then the rest is frosting. I like it. I can understand if some would say it is too much. Still without that great shot of the car, the rest would be no so great. Really good image in my opinion.

That perspective on the car shows off its power, its muscle. Your enhancements make it appear that it has driven through Hades and coming out unscathed. I'm all about drama.

I really like your departure from the HDR field....into the Drama field. This picture really tells me "I have muscle and I ain't afraid of nothing." That's the car speaking, of course. djt

All very well done..... except for one very minor quibble. The colours are probably 99% a matter of taste, but putting purple next to yellow on the air dam catches my eye in a not-so-good way.

Love it Billy. Glad you posted it. I am going to a car show this Saturday and will be taking pictures. I will try this on a couple of shots. Don't know how you did it will have to figure it out. What software did you use?
