I got 80% I missed the one about "getting in the way of police" and missed the one about photographing courthouses and the wiretapping one.

I missed two, and it's pretty much a given that question #7 is broken. I missed that photographing a courthouse without consent is illegal without consent. From now on I'll ask "Courthouse, may I take your picture?"

I missed the courthouse one because I considered that I was on a public way and photographing the building....that IS legal whereas taking photos of legal proceedings in the couthouse is generally not legal without consent. #7 is broken.

I scored 73.33% but I agree...#7 apparently is wrong no matter what you answer, as someone else posted on their site...and the grammar and spelling is so horrible, there's no telling what some of the questions were supposed to mean.

Glad everyone "enjoyed" this quiz. Other than the courthouse question I was able to figure out the grammar. Must be years of homeschooling kids. :)

When taking quizzes like this you alway have to look at them with a grain of salt and double check that what they are telling you is true. Especially on subjects such as this. Saying photo-tuts said it is legal isn't going to hold up in a court of law. :P
