I deliberately put this in the main photog discussion as that is where most folks end up. I have just read this warning on the web about a trojan attack on Mac's. I know there are a lot of UHH'rs who are mac users so thought I should get this out.

In 20+ years of owning a Mac I've had one (1) virus. None of my Mac friends have had a virus.

I don't own or have installed any anti-virus software and never have had any.

Many, many of my windows friends have had virus issues. YMMV

As the article says, Java updated over a week before Apple did. That's a long time in the virus world.

Mac's have never been a big enough target for the hackers and virus generators. That may now be changing.
