I just purchased a copy of "Louisiana Wild". Its the newest publishing of the work of an amazing nature photographer named C. C. Lockwood.
http://www.cclockwood.com I was lucky enough to attend a signing of the book at his gallery in Baton Rouge last night. It details all of The Nature Conservancy properties in Louisiana.
Any of you nature photographers on UHH would love his stuff. A real gentleman and an expert on life of the Atchafalaya Basin.

I lived in Lafayette in the late 1980's when I was in the oil industry. I loved taking my foldable kayak into the swamps and photographing the Atchafalaya. Wish I had better cameras back then....
