I feel that I have lost my desire to shoot subjects that that fill me with awe. I am forcing myself to get out and shoot again.
UHH gives me a reason to post in special areas of interest. I don't post a lot, but I am always looking.
Thanks for giving me a place to be inspired! :)

I think most all of us have gone through what you describe, Bedgmon. I know I certainly have. I'm so glad you posted this beautiful image to closeup. There's always something to shoot for closeup, and even if it's the same thing, there are always different angles to try. :-)

Very beautiful! I love the composition and the concentrated pop of colors.

Have you tried just driving around with a camera on the seat, not really thinking about what to shoot, but just enjoying nature? Especially at sunrise or sunset. Or a different approach to doldrums: use just one lens and go out with a "theme" :)

Thank you for your kind comment. I keep my camera with me just about all the time and I certainly do love nature. Learning is very important to me so I bet I try another course to force my hand. I am reading David duChemin's book The inspiring Eye . He has a lot to say that hits me between the eyes. I appreciate you and your help.
