Glad you enjoyed the shots. There are actually many RI residents that were stationed here in the Navy and decided to make RI their home.

I know but I had to get a job, so I returned to DC and never left. Love New Egland.

I first visited Newport in the late 1960's when the America's Cup was still hosted there. What a wonderful place to rub elbows with folks from all over the world. Later in the 80's I lived there for 3 years and got my Master's Degree from the University of Rhode Island. All good memories. Thanks for bringing them back Matt.
