Want to know how many times your shutter has been fired on your Sony Camera?

If you want to know how many times you have fired the shutter on your Sony camera go to this website:http://tools.science.si/index.php
Just follow the instructions it is easy. It works on the following cameras:
Currently supported SONY Alpha A-mount cameras: A230 A290 A33 A330 A35 A37 A390 A450 A500 A55 A550 A57 A58 A65 A77 A77M2 A850 A900 A99
Currently supported SONY Alpha E-mount cameras: NEX-3 NEX-C3 NEX-F3 NEX-3N NEX-5 NEX-5N NEX-5R NEX-5T NEX-6 NEX 7 A3000 A3500 A5000 A5100 A6000 A7 A7r A7s
SONY Alpha A100 A200 A300 A350 and A700 are NOT supported!

Any full Exit reader will give you a Sony shutter count as Sony embeds that info in every shot you take, same as Nikon, Pentax and Olympus.

I use reveal which just shows the encoding. If you have a better EXIF reader please let me know what it is or better still post a link so I can down load it

I prefer P.I.E. from Picmeta.com, I have used it for over 5 years now, the most complete Exit reader I have ever found.

Thanks, works really well, seems to me most of the image file information is exif data, lol
