Roku 3 VS TiVo

I am installing a TV antenna at 45ft. for I want to cut the cable. I should be able to receive about 50-55 channels, including multicast. (This is according to the FCC website reception map for my rural area.) My internet speed is 30, is this fast enough for Roku 3 or TiVo? What are some of the pros and cons for Roku 3 vs TiVo?

I cannot comment on the TIVO, don't use one. I have a slow internet connection, usually <3mb. Streaming Netflix I have tried Apple TV, built in app on my Panasonic TV, Amazon Fire Stick and Roku 3. Roku works best with buffering, never has a pause. Hope this helps.

I really like my ROKU! I think it's a 2. Not sure what my 'speed' is either. I don't have any buffering problems. There's a LOT of programming available too. I'll suggest getting a ROKU before you spend very much money on the antenna system.

Good luck
