Lol. Yes there are usually a fair number of bears in the Cove, on good bear population years, but they aren't all there.
Both the Cove and the Dome are definitely not to be missed. I would also add Cataloochee Valley for the Elk and its historic structures.

Hope you folks remember to be polite to the other people taking photos where you are. I usually run into one of these groups every fall when I go and they are always very rude. There is enough room for everyone, just keep that in mind please.
