Camera to Windows 10 reading problem

That may be so, but do we know why?

Windows 10 is probably in your future, so worth checking that your current system is healthy before trying again, unless you intend to just junk it and buy a new one...

I have been through all my software that comes to mind, and printer and scanner. Everything is A-OK in Windows 10 (except for one out of three Fuji cameras). At least one item is waaaay better in W10 than it was in W7. I use an open source flight simulator (FlightGear), that can be temperamental with my added models, but is doing just fine in W10.

Just wanted to add my vote on the plus side for W10.

Check your graphics drivers. That happened to me until I ran windows update the first time after installing from a USB download and it fixed itself very quickly.
