Epson V600 Photo and win10

Tried to use my V600 today for the first time after win10 upgrade. Scanned one sheet and died. I have spent 4-5 hrs trying to make it compatible to no avail. I have downloaded all the drivers from Epsom and Microsoft. Now all I get is "incompatible." Please help!

That's odd, i have the same scanner running Win 10 and it works fine. i just scanned this after reading your post.

Mine also works just fine, but I downloaded the Win 10 driver from Epson before using it.

Thanks. Mine worked great for one scan and then will do nothing. I've downloaded drivers from Epson and Microsoft to no avail. Now it keep telling me it doesn't recognize the language.

I would suggest uninstalling the scan software from Control Panel, then re-booting and re-installing the software from the disc.

Completely uninstall the Epson software package. ALL of it. Then reboot the computer and download the correct software package from Epsons website.

Sorry to hear that. I use the same scanner with Win8.1. Win10 doesn't want to install on this machine.

Thanks for the info. I did delete and reinstall from my disk but I will try your solution. With all the updates in Windows and all the other software that makes good sense. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again.
