I like this picture BEFORE, I think it is overdone in PP. Try this PP

I agree with evaluation.
I do most adjustments of a full image in Lightroom. You can do with ACR in Photoshop. I'd darken highlights, lift shadows, and increase clarity at least. You might try white balance adjustment before fiddling with colors. Real grass is somewhere between the two.
