There was some discussion whether to buy Corel Paintshop Pro Ultimate which gave you the Perfectly Clear plugin.
I find if you click on the Adjustment Layer and select.Fill Light Clarity the same effect can be applied with more control.

When I got the offer from Corel I couldn't find any new features that would justify buying it - unless it was the increased speed that they always claim for their new releases. I did download Perfectly Clear and was not terribly impressed.
Have you found anything that made the upgrade worthwhile?
