I am not a 'guru'. Many folks here are way more advanced than I as well as more intelligent they just so damned silent!

Sadly I understand their silence as they get tired of seeing their expertise put down by a bunch of busy bodies who have no clue.

This last comment is what makes me abrasive, hard to take and well, raises hostility.

So, no, I am not the 'best' just the most outspoken.

Sorry for the diatribe but I need to put this right on 'reputation'.

I use a Nikon D300 at the moment. I have no brand fidelity and refuses to push one against another as both have for and against that become personal evaluation.

I will switch to PhaseOne/Leaf/Mamiya next year or so unless the D800 proves itself capable.
