Went out shooting mid afternoon. Too much contrast in the open sun, so I went down a quiet street to get some shade when I spotted this scooter. It's a common form of transport here in the city.

Interesting that the spare has a hub cap, but the real wheels don't. Wonder if they use the hub cap as a glove compartment?

Nice, I think the hub cap gives the driver more crash room, also to helps protect against clothing snags with his knees being so close. Thanks for posting. And stay in the shade those UV rays will kill you.
