Noticed this flashy Knockout Rose showing off in my front yard recently. They are not so pretty right now. Too hot and dry.

That IS a knockout! Most digital cameras tend to lose detail in a red flower. The highlights are frequently blown so there is only a red blob. Good job of exposing properly to maintain detail in the red rose!

Thanks for the reply. I did not know about the Red challenge. This was shot with a Canon SX50 set on auto. I can't take much credit.
