My photography is different from most folks in that most of my pictures are taken with old, vintage lenses. Below are several pictures taken recently with several vintage lenses that I purchased the last few years at bargain prices. All the lenses are manual operated. Tejaswrangler :)

The first picture of the old railroad bridge was taken using my Sony NEX-6 camera and an vintage Minolta MC 50mm F1.4 lens.

The second picture of the flower was taken with my Sony NEX-6 camera using a vintage Tokina 35-200mm F4-5.6 lens.

The third picture, the flower arrangement for the kitchen table was taken with my Sony NEX-6 camera using a vintage Samyang MC 75-300mm F4.5-5.6 lens.

Wonderful set and those vintage lenses have lost nothing and can compete with the best of the new ones!!! Enjoyed them all!!!

Which makes me excited because I recently bought a Ricoh film camera with a 35-70mm & a 70-210mm, hoping to get an adaptor so they fit my canon. I spent a whopping $20 for a complete bundle!

Thanks for the share!

I swear I'm looking at images that are sharper than what the newer lens can produce...

Nice pictures, especially the first one.
Where was it taken?
I had forgotten how sharp the old 50mm lenses were until I got a Pentax K-30 and was able to use my old Pentax-A 50mm on it (kit lens on a camera I bought in 1984)

angela k, I am glad that you enjoyed viewing these pictures.

I do hope that you can purchase an adapter and take some pictures with the Ricoh lenses. If you do, please post some pictures produced by them. Tejaswrangler :)
