Surplusing Government Property

Whenever Govt. property is disposed of or is considered surplus and going to be given to a 3rd party, there is a process that must be adhered to.

No item can be moved until the standard form 122, “Excess Personal Property”, is issued and signed off.

As an example, I am enclosing one such document for you to see the complexity & thoroughness of the process.

US government waste at its finest. Most shuttles and their stupid missions were a mamoth waste of tax payer money (although Rockwell employess would dissagree).
