Good price, I just bought on hereon the hog a few months ago .......... was exceptionally clean and I paid $600 .....

I love that it is so much lighter than the F/2.8 version. Unless you need the extra stop I prefer this lens over the much more expensive one.

I had both of the IS versions of the lens, the 2.8 and the f/4, there is a great difference in size and the f/4 version in my personal opinion is noticeably sharper, I kept the f/2.8 simply for portraiture when the family gets together.

Mine is the 70-200 F/4L IS

Love it and technically it is just as sharp as it's bigger cousin though you do give up a stop. I't half the price and a whole lot less weight.
