Windows10 again

Am I missing something? In Windows 7 in Internet Explorer you had the option of just closing one page but in 10 it seems you have to close the programme down.

Haven't looked into it but Windows 10 has some kind of plug in available to make the home page look and act just like Windows 7.

I wonder if that means Windows 7 was the best?

It means a majority of computers in the world are running Win 7 and the users like it/are used to it and don't want to change. It took me almost 4 years to switch from Windows Classic to Win 7, I had an add on that allowed me to switch back and forth until I found myself using Win 7's menus almost all of the time (I still mix and match in Office 2007). I have Classic Shell on all four computers running Win 10 and have them set to Win 7 menu choice (Classic Shell has three choices of menu look.)

I put Classic Shell on my Windows10 and,lo and behold I've got Windows7.
