In March of this year, I purchased a Yongnuo YN600EX-RT from B&H. The latch on the battery door failed and I called B&H and they gave me a website for Yongnuo. Yongnuo advised me to contact B&H which I did on August 17. They emailed me an RMA and prepaid UPS label. I shipped the unit to them on the 17th. On the 19th I received confirmation that they had received the unit and that it would be sent to Yongnuo for repair. On the 20th I received notice that a replacement was shipped. I received the new unit today, August 24.
I don't think you can get better customer service than that.

Yes, the big sellers are very good. If they weren't they wouldn't be big. You have to give Yongnuo some of the credit for that, too.
