Interesting, when I took a picture from the outside looking in, I have a reflection of a man with a tri corner hat on. No one was standing around me. I also have a picture with a man standing along side of the bell and he comes up to about half was up the crack. Leroy

Few people know that there is a second crack in the bell. It runs from the top of the first crack along under the "Pass and Stow" to the top ring under the pivot log. It showed up after it was last rang around 1838. That crack was filled. Leroy

Wow I see him by the window! That is strange!! Thanks for sharing. All nice shots and a history leason too. Doesn't get any better. Love this site and the folks on it!
