A 300mm isn't enough. Lots of cropping here. These are in NE Wisconsin. They have been here since last fall.

OHHHH but just to see them! I still think they came out just fine. That one in flight has great color and is nice and sharp! Good find and good job getting their pics!

Thank you. They seem to be very cooperative. They don't spook easily from all the human activity around them.
