There are Minolta MD to Nikon adapters. Check B&H and they will help.

Very nice paper weights. Just kidding, Ebay would be a good starting point for sales, usually you get a little more than selling to a camera store. (it would be easier to sell as a group to a store, and less trouble for you) You get the mark up, not the store. I would sell the Minolta lenses one at a time. The prices will not be high so make sure you charge for shipping. Or, considering the demand will not be high and the money you make may not be high. The paper weight idea would not be out of the question. Love the retro strap on the Minolta film camera, takes me back to the good old days of film and Kodachrome.

I bought an adapter from B&H for $49 and have been using my old Minolta-Rokkor lenses on my Canon DSLR with great results. I researched these adaptors and decided that the one built by FotodioX with correction lens was best. No noticeable degradation in image quality, and no focus issues what so ever . The only limitation is that you can only shoot in manual or Aperature priority mode which is fine with me because those are the only modes that I usually shoot in . I wasn't going to give up all the light that my f1.2, 1.4 and 1.7 lenses offers me. To buy lenses new at these f-stops and of this quality would be VERY expensive ! I'd stack the old Rokkors and Nikkors up to anything out there, especially considering the fact that Minolta built many lenses for Leica with Minolta glass . These old lenses are of high quality and well worth $49 for an adaptor to be able to still use them. Give this adapter a try !

I see the intended camera is a Canon SL-1. While adapters can be found to fit these older lenses to that camera, it really may not be worth it. Better to stick with OEM lenses & full functionality thereof. Those lenses won't fetch much on the used market. Only exotic or rare lenses bring in much money...I use my older manual focus SLR lenses on an Olympus Pen E-P3 M4/3rds camera with adapters...

i use a fotodiox adaptor to use pentax lenses [ film era ] on a nikon d300 and 70 .no focus problem , , but in bright sun light / out door picture i get a halo in the middle of photo , with zoom and non zoom lenses , even with a oversize lens shade . i have noticed that the optics in the adapter are not coated . so i use this device only indoor , or macro / close up pictures .there is no noticeable degradation of picture quality .loose 1 or 2 f stop ??? .so now will get a pentax dslr , so i can use those lenses without the adapter .

The SL1 is not the camera for those old lenses, best to forget about using them on that one.

If you sell them they are worth something like $20-$50 each, at least the Minolta ones. The best thing for you would be to buy a sony e mount camera and some adapter for those lenses, that would work well together. You could buy a used NEX from Sony or the A6000 or some other e mount camera to use those lenses.

Interesting . I have no flares or halo effect and don't loose f-stop go any appreciable amount . And I shoot outdoors quite a lot . I have a T5i because it fit my budget . Great camera for my needs . Don't really shoot professionally anymore . Too busy doing things that make more money, but remains my favorite hobby !
