Is it possible to copy/move photos from Ipad/Iphone to an SD card?

Sure. Number of ways. If you have another Apple product you can Air Drop the file. Otherwise you can email the picture to yourself, use Drop Box, Flickr or any other photo sharing site and download wherever you want. Then move it to an SD card. No guarantee the it will be read though in your camera. Need to be sure it is in the correct photo file your camera writes to.

Not sure why you would want to do that. Most photos go the other way.

Not without an intermediate stop somewhere. Unless your iDevice is jailbroken, in which case it is possible.

My similar question, is how to transfer the photos to another computer. iTunes is confusing, as is the cloud. So I'm interested in any answer to this one.

are you asking about transferring from a camera to a computer? If so what PP program do you use?

iTunes does that for you. Or iCloud can also do that since you have an iDevice

I use Dropbox. Works very well for transferring in both directions while also performing a backup.

Post them here from your iPad then copy them from here on your computer from which you can put them on a SD card or thumb drive. Of course that's a lot of work if you have more than 1 or 2.

That reply was for the OP and I stated it was probably not feasible for more than 1 or 2.

Just as an FYI, you cannot post photos from your Ipad the the UHH site when using Safari. You have to use a different browser. I use ICabMobile.

I think that issue was fixed a while back.
I'll attempt to post an image from my iPad "camera roll" using Safari.
If it works, well then there you go. :)

Edit: Success!

I wasn't aware of that. I've never tried it & assumed you could. My bad.

Walt

Edit: I see now that indeed it is possible.
