When it comes to best picture locations, there really are many: in Amsterdam just about any location is a good picture location. Just count on the fact that it will be busy and even from the very best location you may to shoot over the heads of many other people.
Ship access etc. should be available from the Sail website, try clicking the Business Packages link.
You'll have to get tickets for events and access: Make sure you buy them from the Sail office, NOT from street vendors.

Thanks, Morning Star. I had seen some of these earlier. Great photo ops all around, it seems. There are fireworks and concerts each night and crew parades, so I hope I capture some of that.
