to guard. Will also sing to you at 2AM.
Been known to mimic a car alarm in the wee hours.

I have one of those meanie birds and a can of small pea sized rocks. When he gets too aggressive, I throw one or two just because. Mine attacks you every time you walk outside whether you get close to the tree the nest is in or not. It has become a battle to see which of us lasts longest I think. There are times I seriously consider larger stones, even if it is a sin!!!!
