Pop-Up Blocker and Chrome

Since switching to Win10 and using Chrome, my Chrome pop-up blocker does not block pop-ups. It's turned on, but not working. Any suggestions?

I use AdBlock Plus, specifically made for Chrome. It works great, even after the upgrade to Windows 10.

I've been using the same thing, and I even tried another blocker, which I deleted. After not having blockers, it's very distracting seeing them popping up all over the screen.
