In July every year the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) is held at RAF Fairford in UK. This is advertised to be the largest air show in the world.
Here are a few photographs taken with my Tamron 150-600 on a Canon EOS 7D.
All shots were taken in RAW, and processed using DxO Optics Pro10.

Yep, great captures, ibenger. That Mirage 2000 must have been pretty low, or you were high up. Nice job.

Really like #3. Great contrasting colors and sharp. Did you hand hold these?
Jim Bob. Yes all were hand held! I must admit that after a few hours the Tamron 150-600 doe get a little heavy!
Taffthetooth. I was at RIAT on both Friday and Sunday. As far as weather was concerned Sunday was far better with some blue skies. I see you managed to get some good shots of take-off runs. You couldn't have been far away from where I was positioned.

After a few hours! Geesus, you have me beat by a few hours. A few minutes is all I can muster even with the stability going full throttle.
Great shots! Especially like the contrast of the Spitfire flying in formation with the Typhoon ... awesome photo!!!

Good shots. I'm surprised the Polish Air Force uses Migs.
