Is freaking AWESOME, Downloaded it last night, about 3 hours to download and install, I don't have high speed internet, my first thought was if it's this slow, I not sure I want it, but let me tell you it's like driving a Ferrari, Smooth, Slick and Fast.

Windows have a little different appearance even running programs like photo editors and things, but it's all good.

viewing your photo is really cool and has a neat little photo editor for minor fixes, it's cool to.

had no problems what so ever missing anything, the only hiccup was photos did not recognize PSD files so I ask Cortana about it, had to do a fix on windows live essentials Not uninstall but repair and it fix that.

it beats windows 7 and 8 hands down, I love it :-P :-P :-P

Just installed it also. Everything went flawless, except for one minor glitch. When I started, I had two working monitors. After install I had one, and the display settings screen refused to recognize the 2nd display. So I looked for Control Panel, and of course couldn't find it. After finding it, found Device Manager and was able to correct the problem. Seems like everything is working. All my icons are in place. Everything now seems to be working.

Before starting, I cloned my SSD that I boot from, just in case. Used Acronis True Image 2015. It makes an absolute image copy of the SSD which I stored on another small hard drive. If anything were to go wrong, I could immediately restore that image.

I am making the image of my 2nd PC right now, but haven't got the update invite for that PC yet.

It's good to hear good report about windows 10. I am reserving my update and waiting for the notification. The question I have is- do I need to have any product key while installing win 10? And if I do where to get it? I read somewhere on internet that without product key it won't work. Thank you.

I've been running it for about four months as part of the Insider program and love it. I believe MS nailed it with this one. The insider program helped them work out a lot of bugs before release that otherwise may not have been caught. They took our feedback and suggestions very seriously and acted on them. for Microsoft!

You will have to have a legal copy installed on your computer or it will not install, you can do a search to see if you have a legal windows software on your computer.

You do not need to supply the product key.

My boss installed it on his old computer at home last night and told me that he can now play 1080p videos without any lag, whereas before they lagged quite badly. It's said that people with older machines will see an even more significant performance increase over newer machines.

When I query MicroSoft, this is the message I receive.

That is so good to hear. A company as capable as Microsoft with the many excellent computer industry veterans there certainly should be able to deliver a new feature packed high performance release flawlessly. For some reason Mr Murphy seemed to be inordinately tangled with the many Windows releases in the past. Notable improvements were made over the past few years with 7 and 8. Maybe skipping a number did the trick.

Good for the MicroSofties! I look forward to my upgrade. Thanks for the good news and encouragement.
