If I may piggy-back. the writeup on B&H says that it has a 2.5mm external microphone input. All other cameras have a 3.5mm. Shotgun mics for non-professional cameras come with a 3.5mm plug. I tried to find something on the Panasonic page but they had nothing. Can anyone check this?
I'm looking for a glovebox camera and this one looks good. I want something pretty cheap, but capable. Probably replace it when Nikon gets its new MLCE out early next year--if it does.

I have an almost new one for sale. I also have a Canon SX50 with longer zoom reach, so I don't need two bridge cameras. I just bought the FZ200 2 or 3 months ago. It has been used VERY little. You can private message me if interested. I have original box, charger, etc.
