Oysters are a wonderful mushroom. They have a wonderful flavor on their own or in a dish. As they become more popular the price is going down now which is great.

These were actually produced by a small local grower. A little pricey but def. top quality. They really made the fresh veggie soup (made with my wife's triple distilled chicken stock) shine!

Thanks..... They were interesting on their own. I was trying to come up with a way to incorporate an additional element into the shot to bump it up a bit but my muse is on vacation..... Shot with a speedlight on a relatively low setting & a 2nd flash for fill w/ diffuser....
