OUCH !! price is back up to $387 refurbished. If I am missing the link let me know.
I love the SX50, but for travel, I prefer my Sony HX50v which is a "folding camera" small. The "bridge design" is not a pocket camera.
Many or most do not have eye-view and are useless in the bright sun. A sun shield is needed, but limited in effectiveness. I modified one to overcome the sun-problem. Read to the end or start on page 3 since the mod evolves.
