On the site
http://www.resellerratings.com/search/category/consumer-electronics you will find the ratings of various photography/electronics stores. On another topic I posted some relevant photo store ratings, but let me repost them here for further general comment.
In looking over the stores that were reviewed, I was surprised to see B&H (7.34/74,853) and KEH (6.97/6,280) rated significantly lower than Adorama (9.02/14,253) and Cameta (9.64/7,580), based on several thousand reviews each. I have used all four stores in the past, and have found them all satisfactory. Any explanation for the differences?
I'd be a little skeptical of the ratings on this site. You'll also find that 42nd St Photo is at 8.05 and 47th St Photo at 9.99 (!).

You are quite right--hard to fathom how they get those numbers over several hundred reviews. I had a terrible experience with 47th st several years ago. Never again!

I agree, this is a poorly produced site, suspiciously biased toward stores known to be bad (hard to believe 42nd St. higher than B@H!). Was this site prepared by Martians or Mafians?
