They are very serious rlaugh, I have never seen one smile, not even a little smirk, I think they are still pissed that the Eagle was chosen over them as the symbol of the US, they would have preferred the Turkey if they were overlooked, but never the Eagle. What a great shot! Sharp as a tack. I am not familiar with your camera. Is it a crop sensor and if so what was your affective focal length? Tripod mounted I assume. Also, how far away were you from the Osprey? Nicely done.

So glad you enjoyed Nalu, really appreciate your looking and kind comment, thank you. This is a crop camera and the focal length 400mm. I used the roof of my car to steady the camera and was about 80' away.

I attribute it to age--teenage males often look like that.
