If the noise is in the last one, you probably had a much brighter sky and tried to compensate in pp but the difference was probably a stop or more. That's my experience.

I did notice when composing I could move the noise into the sun and you could hide it but I will try stop changes

Am not quite sure what you mean by "noise" in these photographs. At this display size it is difficult or impossible to clearly define digital noise.
