Welcome. While there are many, and varied methods shown and written of here you may want to be more specific as to what your interests are. Aslo many like seeeing examples of the the work of others and enjoy feedback as to what they like, not, or suggestions. I have added several not because I am all that pleased with any of them but just as an example of how varied my likes are.

Like the picture of the elk, interesting technique. The picture of the London Bridge is great. The low angle that you took the photo from made that picture.
